A few things that come up often. If your question is not here, just contact us.
- A customer says nothing happened when they tapped.
- Most phones need the screen to be on and unlocked. On some older phones the tap point needs to be held near the top of the back of the phone for a second.
- I want to change one of my links.
- Send us the new link and we will update your page. The tap point itself does not change.
- I want to add or change the photo.
- Send us the photo and we will put it on your page.
- I would like another tap point.
- Get in touch and we will bring more out to you. They all open the same page.
- My business name has changed.
- Let us know and we will change it on your page.
